Bug or not? Mantra of Inscriptions in Nightfallen Jahai
Mantra of Inscriptions - Stance. For 30...78 seconds, your Signet skills recharge 25...45% faster.
Edge of Reason - World enchatment in Nightfallen Jahai. Skills are disabled for an additional 3 seconds. I'm using this mantra but all my signets recharge at their full, normal recharge rate +3 sec in Nightfallen Jahai. Is this "normal" or "buggy" effect? I know "disable" is different wording from "recharge" word, but... shouldnt it be "faster recharge" + 3 sec?

Echoed skills are affected in the same way under Edge of Reason. If you use an echoed skill, it resets the recharge timer of the original skill, too... making it not very useful at all.
